The end of term this year marks the end of possibly the most bizarre scholastic year ever. I will not repeat what we have lived and experienced but I will say that I am very much looking forward to some “normality”. The school without children, teachers and LSEs is just a building. Hopefully, come September, we will be able to welcome everyone back, even though it is too early to make any concrete plans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be the last week we provide work for children before breaking up for the summer holidays. Please be mindful of the fact that any work submitted after the due dates will no longer be monitored or reviewed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We ask parents not to worry about academic progress next year. Everyone is in the same boat and we will be taking the school closure period into consideration next scholastic year. We do however encourage all students to continue reading every day and to participate in the Summer Challenge for 2020<\/a>. The Summer Challenge is meant to stimulate children to learn while having fun, broadening their general knowledge and skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens next?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Over the next few days you will be receiving a letter in the post, along with the Summer Challenge 2020 and a small token from all of us. Please read the letter carefully. We also recommend you check the school website regularly throughout the summer for any updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of all the staff at Zabbar B, I would like to thank our community for the continued support for the past months. It has meant a lot! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
