A recent Erasmus+ Learning Teaching and Training activity held at school marked a significant milestone in the project \u201cFreedom to Learn 2,\u201d bringing together schools from different countries in a collaborative educational endeavour. The project, inspired by Carl Roger\u2019s philosophy of \u201cfreedom to learn,\u201d aimed to delve into the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while fostering the development of digital competences and establishing valuable networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coordinated by our school, the project partnership included the Istituto Scolastico Comprensivo \u201cBorgo Solest\u00e0-Cantalamessa\u201d in Ascoli Piceno, Italy; the Institute for the Deaf in Warsaw, Poland; Trito Dimotiko 3rd Primary School in Zografou, Greece; and Po\u017eareva\u010dka Gimnazija, a high school in Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recent mobility event served as a culmination of the two-year-long project, providing an opportunity for students to consolidate their learnings on the SDGs. The event focused on networking and knowledge sharing among the participating schools, facilitating the exchange of ideas and experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of the event was an engaging exhibition, open to stakeholders, where teachers and students showcased the remarkable work carried out throughout the duration of the project. The project has empowered students to take ownership of their education and fostered a deep understanding of the importance of sustainable development. Through collaborative efforts and the exchange of ideas, these students are shaping a brighter future for themselves and their communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The success of this Erasmus+ Learning Teaching and Training activity at Zabbar Primary B underscores the transformative potential of international partnerships and collaborative learning. The participating schools have not only expanded their knowledge and skills but have also formed lasting connections that will continue to inspire and support their educational journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
