The Minister of Education, the Hon. Evarist Bartolo, visited our school to commemorate World Book Day on 6 March 2014. Children were involved in various activities throughout the day, including various workshops, story-telling sessions and an interactive play. The school also received a substantial donation of books from Kunsill Nazzjonali tal-Ktieb.

On 9 April, the AFM Band delivered a series of workshops to our Year 5 and 6 students. The musicians, all dressed up in uniform, explained how each instrument works to the various classes.
